Peppermint Patties
My friend Katie gave up eating one of her favorite candies (York Peppermint Patties) because of Hershey's lack of policies protecting cocoa laborers from forced labor, human trafficking and child labor. So for her birthday I was inspired to make my own patties with fair-trade chocolate. They weren't as amazing as the Hershey brand, but they were delicious.

Are you kidding, they are so yummy! Aimee texted me about how good that Icelandic coffee tastes at the same time I was handing out samples of your creation. I think the difference is maybe dark v. milk chocolate.
