Young Couples, Food, and Volleyball...

...the perfect combination for an afternoon of fun.  Life has been overwhelming, exhausting and stressful for many in our young couples Bible study, so Drew and I decided to host fun day at our house...to hopefully create fun memories, laughs and get the adrenaline pumping.

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to mark the first day of October.

Menu: BBQ'd hamburgers with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and onion; salad from Rutiz Farms; seasoned french fries; chips and salsa; bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese (courtesy of the Paulsen's); left over birthday cake; 100% fruit Popsicles (courtesy of the Altenhofen's).

Favorite line:  "BABIES!" Yelled when a rogue volleyball came in the direction of the babies: Claira, Callen or Gunnar.
