Bean Burgers

Typically I love sandwiches for lunch, but recently I've noticed a strong aversion to lunch meat.  I've found a few vegetarian patties that are flavorful and full of protein (Morning Star Spicy Black Bean), but they are expensive.  This week I found a solution: making my own!  Try them for yourself.  They are simple to make (a must for a mom), and the possibilities are endless.  Eventually I will get around to making a large batch and freezing for later consumption.  When I'm feeling more adventurous I might cook the beans myself or add protein powder.
